Sean Leibowitz

Sean Leibowitz is a Partner at KASE Development Group, a real estate development and investment firm located in South Florida. Sean is responsible for co-managing the acquisition and development activities for KASE Development Group and its affiliate company Pinnacle Development Group. In this role, Sean oversees several facets of the business, including real estate development, construction, legal, and marketing activities.
Sean has extensive experience in creating investment strategy and executing on strategic goals. He previously served as an authority with CamberView Partners (now part of PJT Partners) advising Fortune 500 companies and publicly traded REITs on how to effectively communicate financial metrics and performance targets to institutional investors, implement shareholder engagement initiatives, and improve corporate governance practices. Prior to his role at CamberView, Sean served as corporate counsel at NextEra Energy, Inc., one of the nation’s leading clean energy companies, and Capital One Financial Corporation, a diversified financial services bank holding company with banking and non-banking subsidiaries.
Sean is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance (BSBA), the Florida State University College of Law, where he earned his law degree (JD), and the Georgetown University Law Center, where he received his Master of Laws in Federal Income Taxation (LL.M). He lives in Palm Beach County with his wife and two children. He supports various charitable organizations and was previously a member of the Norton Museum’s Young Friends Acquisition Council.
Katelyn Leibowitz

Katelyn Leibowitz is a Partner at KASE Development Group, a real estate development and investment firm located in South Florida. Katelyn is responsible for co-managing the acquisition and development activities for KASE Development Group and its affiliate company Pinnacle Development Group. In this role, Katelyn oversees several facets of the business, including real estate development, design, financing, marketing, sales, and leasing activities.
Katelyn previously worked in the capital markets group for Walton Development and Management, a large-scale real estate land developer with properties in the United States and Canada. While at Walton, Katelyn managed a portfolio of 25 properties located across the United States in various stages of development and disposition. Katelyn was also employed at the real estate development firm Kitson & Partners, where she served as an analyst for large, mixed-use development projects consisting of retail, hotel and residential parcels. She also advised a variety of clients as a real estate financial analyst for ARA Newmark and CohnReznick LLP. While at ARA Newmark, a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in multifamily properties, Katelyn worked as an analyst for over 100 unique real estate assets ranging from $5M - $80M in value. During her tenure at CohnReznick, she focused on numerous financing initiatives, including tax-advantaged real estate structures involving Low Income Housing and New Markets tax credits.
Katelyn is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Finance (BSBA) and a Master of Science in Real Estate. She currently lives in Palm Beach County with her husband and two children.
